My thoughts also......strong possibility indeed and getting stronger each passing day!!!
Also kudos to Peeteman for the find (@ the other place) that both SNPW and Solray share the same Corporate Counsel and that there's no way if they were competitors that could ever happen as that would be a clear case of a conflict of interest.
The chap is William Eilers Esq. and his pic is on the Solray website and on the OTCMarkets Company Profile page under SERVICE PROVIDERS..........

Saw a very similar, NOT SAME, situation between Revive Therapeutics and Pharma Ther Holdings where they shared management and legal counsel.
They are now inextricably linked via agreements to conduct co-research and trials under a partnership agreement.
