Welcome Everyone, Greetings.

Remember, these are my reflections and speculations which are based on my experiences here.

I have to make you aware, that I might not be able to make a post every Sunday like I have for some time. I should be able to make a post every week or two and certainly, any important time such as after a call, but as for every Sunday, not sure if that remains feasible anymore to me, but every week or two, I'm sure I can do. Thanks for your understanding.

It is not as cut and dry as you might think. It doesn't happen exactly the way we hope it will just because they said it would. Whether it was said a "matter of weeks" or a "matter of months", they can't be held to that degree of accuracy or precision.

Rather, they are forecasts of that type ought to be interpreted as sort of a "Blueprint" of what is the basic groundwork necessary to be laid down in preparation to be done in the coming days, weeks, months and years. The long-term plans are rather grand; so many things need to be aligned and put into position in order to make it happen. Nothing has been aligned for years now and much has fallen by the wayside neglected, and all that now requires realignment.

This approaching new trial has never been done before. Its design is still in the making. Once they start the trial, they don't want to stop the process. Consider the trial to be a building. Once they start building the building, they don't want to stop building it. Their enemies won't have the upper hand in this trial because they are unable to fully combat it in any head-to-head manner because it relates to an indication which they have no experience in. They don't have drugs to combat elevated inflammation and elevated active immunity. The trial is all new to them and they can't directly compete because they don't have a drug that combats the indication on this level. The trial is worrisome to them, but they can't interfere with it, at least not one-on-one.

Once the plan is known, they need to let us know the blueprint. Press Release the plan, the design and the process such that all may know or interpret what to expect over the coming year. Everything that is necessary, required to make the trial successful needs to be identified, discussed, captured and cared for. Nothing can be left up to chance. Nothing can be neglected. Preparation is key.

The plan is required, it is necessary, because from the plan, the blueprint is established and developed.
Communicate the blueprint to have the details addressed. Once the trial is initiated, it is like cranking the engine of a hot-rod in development, listening to it hiss and cough. Working through the unfolding problems, it finally starts to idle. Get in and place the stick into first gear, let out the clutch slowly and see if it will chug along without stalling. Chug a chug a chug, cough. There won't be too many cooks in the kitchen. Our team is lean and mean. But Everyone who is anyone has a part of working the trial. Everyone has their role with Lalezari at the lead.

It seems as if things are at a standstill currently, but I need to remind you, that things are not as they appear. The blueprint is under careful design. The plan to execute the design is conceived such that once the trial commences, it does not end unfinished. It is designed such that once initiated, it is not abandoned or aborted unfinished.

So, we need to understand that when the company makes claims as to a certain time frame by which certain actions should be accomplished by, we need to take all this into consideration and provide leeway of a few months give or take. Since the hire of CEO Jacob Lalezari, MD, it has panned out as he has promised and in the approximate time period he had alluded to. So, there is no reason not to believe that what his stated plans are for the company are not actually attainable. No, everything he has stated in recent conference calls is attainable and that which has been planned, can be expected to be realized, but time frames might need to be reconsidered. And another thing, remember that the company pursues non-dilutional fund-raising methods and has virtually zero institutional investors, therefore, these plans become at least partially dependent upon the longs sticking power, the long's diamond hands and our backbone of steel.

They want to break our will power. On the other hand, longs place the power of our will into the plans of Lalezari, and in this way, those plans in development come to pass provided the longs don't back away from it. Sure, we catch flak for standing by in periods of uncertainty when cutting losses might be the easiest route. What else is new here? Ask yourself, What do we really know about how much leronlimab reduces inflammation or how well leronlimab reduces immune activation? Isn't there some degree of uncertainty? We know a little about it, extracted from prior trials, but should we be considered crazy if we bet a whole lot that the drug is the greatest attenuator of Immune Activation known to man? No, we shouldn't because there are too many witnesses that say that it is. The FDA who has lifted both holds, has approved the changes to the HIV clinical trial protocol which is now oriented against excessive inflammation and immune activation. They based their approval or acceptance of the new protocol on the scientific clinical evidence they appreciated in leronlimab's clinical capacity to reduce / attenuate inflammation within CytoDyn's NASH trial. Now, peer reviewed journal publications are forth coming which declare leronlimab's clinical results in a couple of pertinent prior trials. That then gives some deep pocketed investors something to really sink their teeth into. It adds a few more strands of muscle, keeping our backs from folding.

So, what we are given via webcast, by conference call, by 10K, 8Ks, etc... these become our ammunition to win this war with, to fight the battles with. They declare and define the blueprint. These documents, these words provide the plan. They give the purpose and the means by which the goal is reached, and the victory manifested. It is by these principles that we must hold fast by. These then become the revelations to the future; what is stated plainly or alluded to in these webcasts / conference calls and what is laboriously written in these dropped SEC documents. It is the company's communication to the shareholders on what the intention is and what the plan is. I don't remember Lalezari crying during the last webcast. I do take it then, that there is nothing to cry about. In fact, I recall Lalezari very upbeat and optimistic in the last call, so then, I know that I can be optimistic about what is coming.

How do they interfere with or prevent the next steps CytoDyn needs to take? By interfering with the plans of CytoDyn. How do they interfere with the plans of CytoDyn? By demoralizing the shareholders and taking away their belief structure. And they are accomplishing this drip by drip, by breaking down the share price ever so slowly, even on a daily basis though, reaching levels even lower than $0.15. They do this now almost instinctively in the collaboration between the message board twatwaffles and the market makers. Twatwaffles unceasingly spread lies on the message boards while market makers unobscured and in plain sight consistently manipulate the share price lower and lower yet regardless of the millions of shares bought daily. They always have a short share available to drive it even lower.

But, Lalezari and friends are to be proven correct. He has been correct thus far and likewise, so shall he be correct yet again. The market makers certainly have the cash to pump up the volume, Why don't they? They already have stolen millions from the company. Surely, they can use those to maintain even 90% trade volume to keep the share price from rising? Or is that below them? I think not. Watch and see how short volume percentage will go through the roof as this gets closer and closer. They will maintain the pressure, meeting every long share purchased with a share shorted by a short. That tactic can be maintained for only so long. Once the trial's interim results are read and interpreted, and if those results are good, then they will have a much harder time at going at it this way. But, to their benefit, this trial is only a Phase II, so share price won't rise to what we are holding for, no, not even on good news, unless of course, at any time at all, a partner unexpectedly steps in.

In reality, we really don't know what shall happen. But we can know what the Blueprint is. So, anything that fits within that template is fair game. Anything that doesn't fit inside its design, simply is not fair game. The Blueprint is fixed upon leronlimab's approval and that is the end goal and by all that I laid out here today, that goal is reachable, it is attainable. Therefore, disregard the twatwaffles.

We have a whole bunch of witnesses at the leadership suite at CytoDyn. The Scientific Advisory Board. Of course we have the Leadership Team, Dr. Lalezari, Cyrus Arman, Mark Cohen, Scott Hansen, PhD., Bernie Cunningham, PhD, Joseph Meidling and Tyler Blok. You can find the Board of Directors and certainly, let's not forget David Welch. None of these eyewitnesses have abandoned the company. None have left. Unfortunately, none can speak. Their lips are tied. Possibly, they are gagged. Possibly, they have signed NDAs. By their stances we know they are 100% convinced that it happens. They are the ones closest to the action, closest to the molecule and they are not going anywhere. It shall happen.

You can't back away anyway because if you do, immediately, you become a hypocrite. You lose all credibility and how could anything you say ever be believed again? No, nobody is trapped. But nobody is taking that road only those who no longer can wait or the spineless.

Right now, CytoDyn is lean and mean. The leadership team is set. We can't be swapping anyone else in or out until there is advancement of a few more steps forward. We need to win the overall war and hopefully, not lose any more battles. But a lost battle here and there won't make or break us. It has to be expected. For now, no more changes to leadership please because it seems that the leadership team is complete. No further modifications; at least going into this next trial. Lalezari is a Lion; I wouldn't be surprised if he were a Leo. He brings CytoDyn across the line. Remember, CytoDyn is in the midst of war; yet another battle has formed. But this battle, is quiet one; I mean we don't know exactly what it is that the fight is all about.

It is like a dumb battle; dumb as in nobody speaks. Not much is said, because, it has to be a dumb battle, because if it were not a dumb battle, too many would flee. The first two battles, all were made aware of the FDA letter and the notice of the hold. All knew CytoDyn was in a battle to get the two holds lifted. This third round, nobody really knows what it is all about. Things are happening, but nobody knows exactly what.

CytoDyn fortunately received Lalezari back to fight the war. We have him also to fight this dumb battle. Out of the blue, out of nowhere, CytoDyn took back their chosen leader. Lalezari wins this; he is one who has CytoDyn's back. Let us leave him there to do his self-chosen job as he chooses in his chosen manner. Messing with him now would be more than disastrous, more than devastating. Maybe, he cannot speak at the very moment. Whatever the reason is, don't press him to speak. It is not always roses. You win some and you lose some, right? So let him work out what he needs to work out. He speaks at the appropriate time. Remember, he writes the blueprint. He owns the plan and equips it into activation. He makes ready the trial for commencement such that once it is commissioned, everything moves like clockwork and potential partners might see the light and partner. A blueprint is that powerful. Plans are that powerful. And our stance, the words we say, the beliefs we have only make it that much more powerful. So, let's not shut up; and if you are disgruntled and have run away, return back from where you came.

After so much time, so much energy spent, so many fights, we look at where we now stand, and despite all that, still cannot fully comprehend. Dazed and confused, it becomes a blur. We were at the deepest of lows, with no lower than the immediate here and now. We find ourselves between the times. That is between the times of the lowest of lows and the times of the relative highs. He cannot speak at the moment, otherwise he would. I'd speak it up for him if I only knew, but I don't know. I see that we are between the times of the lows and the relative highs until that time when the rest of it can be seen in the Great Wide Open. Therefore, hold fast and go back; return to where you once belonged. The blueprint is about to become a reality.

Soon, a Press Release comes. The Blueprint imprinted and defined. Then we can speak more plainly and with earnest. We can spread the word with plain facts. Explosive power, not just another well intentioned idea. This gets us on the relative high side of the in-between lines. CytoDyn doesn't lose. There is a blueprint for approval, and it comes to pass. We move towards that direction. This upwards spiral journey won't be stopped because we own the unstoppable molecule, and we are on a mission
