Also forgot Musk demolished the dealership business model. An unthinkable.
The core of their argument was that they have spent billions x many billions, of building the industry "model".
They understood the aspect of ICE assets turning into debt, all the while needing to fund their EV / Hybrid production.
Also, unfair Tesla dosen't have the same over costs, etc, etc...
Musk made the cars available while court cases took place. He gave the people what they wanted asap, forcing success down auto companies throats.
If, if Cytodyn were to want to cut out the middle man, I don't think it would be an issue at all.
I know it's far out there thinking.
Maybe only for now. : )
