Fact: Doc is on the advisory board of IR Med, a co

Fact: Doc is on the advisory board of IR Med, a company waiting on FDA approval for a life saving medical device to be approved (Pressure Safe).

Fact: The heads of the Dream Exchange are very "familiar" with Doc and have been known to tell people that shareholders will do well with UNVC. Without stating if UNVC will be on their exchange or not of course.

Fact: IR Med has an exclusive distribution contract with a company called PI Prevention Care LLC.

Fact: PI Prevention LLC was formed mere weeks before Doc was named to the IR Med advisory board.

Fact: Doc is on the BOD at the Biopark, U of MD. This is where Bioremedies, Catalent and others are.

Fact: Time org is run by UNVC President Lamont Ellis.

Fact: Lauren Herron, our VP, runs Wellness RX.

Fact: The two above mentioned companies deal with mental health, substance abuse and this all leads into wraparound. These are things that are very close to Doc.

Fact: We have all lost many years of our lives waiting on this and it hurts as we have disappointed our families, friends and some of us have seen our health plummet. We have even lost fellow shareholders, relatives and friends along the way. However, these awful truths and our collective misery does not alter the fact that Doc has many things in place and God willing they will come to fruition soooooon.
