What did I miss? The only "control" here is disallowing outright bashing. If you'll notice, KC's post, which some didn't like, still stands.
If you want unregulated free speech where bashers and shorts will try to manipulate shareholders with lies and half-truths for monetary gain at the company's expense, plenty of other boards.
The reason Investor HANGOUT is the best board around is because of the very thing you seem to dislike
