There were 2 locations for the LC trial: Aventura, FL and Gainesville, GA. Gaylis was FL. The GA location was at Center for Advanced Research & Education (CARE). The research staff at CARE is led by Dr. Angela Ritter. Dr. Recknor was the founder of CARE. I don't know if he is still associated with them.
