Most of these offenders do not think as many of us do it is a different animal.
Now as to just first hand setting in on cases that are a mixture of Civil and Federal offenses that you see the jury walking in and out for 3 long a$$ days suck but what I have clearly seen first hand in my indictment term and then setting in a court room in another state listening to the judge, the questions the Attorneys have plus clarification questions from the jury it is still about the evidence and not the personality. Now the cherry on top is how convincing are the attorneys and before everything is all said and done the state and attorneys will zero in on certain jurors to pull them on their side.
When all this is said and done and not hearing the verdict yet you would swear these cases could swing both ways.
Now I am not talking about Trump it is just court cases. Plus it amazed me on my 6 month term on indictments that at least 50 percent of the jurors where more interested in wondering when lunch break verses a persons indictment involving murder. My point being is the seriousness in once we indict that person is pretty well cooked, labeled, and no doubt has to come up with massive defense money in order to really opt a fair trial with a successful attorney firm as for state attorneys appointed you may as well kiss your butt good bye. So I had 3 or 4 cases I would not vote to indict but all of the cases that came before us were cooked. More than half of these people were in jail in our state or other states.
