Look at Foxess handling all U.S. business direct

https://www.importgenius.com/importers/foxess-usa-inc

Foxess Co. Ltd shipping/supplying to themselves using their own import company, named Foxess USA, Inc., in California.

Looks like Foxess is handling all of their U.S. business direct and alone now. Check out their Los Angeles office/warehouse on their website.

Foxess USA Inc. 145 s. Fairfax Ave, Suites 200&300 Los Angeles, CA 90036 USA

No more Snpw "global partner" links named on any of their U.S. website pages. Only an old backdoor web link from their old website content.

NOT ONE LITHIUM BATTERY OR INVERTER SOLD BY SPP IN FIRST 26 MONTHS SINCE BECOMING AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR OF AMERICAS

The wizard's house of cards is folding faster than lightning in a bottle.

There's a reason why, shareholders need know, the 2023 10-K was NOT FILED. The company is not providing transparency with critical company financial information, to its shareholders, via a 10-K annual filing. There's a reason. Think about it. It could the same reason why 8-Ks were NOT filed when other business sectors (incl. losing subsidiaries) folded or lost revenue contracts due to terminations (material events).

in my opinion

cheers
