Dayhill summed it up pretty well right there. The signing and the Punch TV contracts is what we are expecting. just in case you don't know, we are buying a TV network with restricted shares, and the float will not change! If there is anything more, than it would be a big boat of gravy on top.
Clear Channel should be releasing their news "soon", but we have multiple videos showing our show Travel Tech as a key piece of programming. Our PR will follow theirs. That contract alone will give us approximately $50mm in revenue per year, for a 4-yr contract.
BUT, our CEO Mr. Samblis always likes to keep is on our toes with new information. I am very excited to see everything transpire today.
In many of our opinions, the time to buy is NOW.
