Here is a small personal Summary and some notes I also got from someone on Reddit; however please do your own due diligence.
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Looks like these emails were requested about 6 months+ ago.
And…In the past 4 months…
CytoDyn was able to subsequently accomplish:
1) (Partial) Hold on HIV LIFTED
2) (Full) Hold pending protocol approval LIFTED
3) Full time CEO. Replaced CFO with accomplished M&A veteran.
4) Received green light on submitted protocol for clinical trial
5) Negotiated new contract with Samsung to delay payment of 48 million for leronlimab production
6) Entered into agreement with AI company to identify long acting mechanism for lerolimab.
7) Regarding Amarex: “The parties are in the discovery phase of the litigation, and will also be participating in structured settlement discussions over the next several months”
8.) we seen emails that I interpret as ultimately helping the company.
Finally, it does feel like the prosecuting team is dragging their feet with these emails, and it seems like they've handpicked certain information to support their indictment.
They've got witnesses lined up, including folks who have had some problem with Nader and/or the company via disagreements / lawsuits.
(I typed in Pourhassan or CytoDyn on pacermonitor and saw all of the lawsuits and familiar names be in their witness list and checked their work history and “F” searched the 13D files to see about my theory).
If you remember my previous work, I highlighted every time that Nader sent a PR, some members of the 13D would coincidentally? …sell on the same date?
It seems to align with the attitude of these FDA emails.
Plainly put, I don’t think they wanted a company of limited resources to PR to have the ability to raise money to seek an actual approval of any kind.
It would have threatened to take market share of other drugs, regardless of indication; or sadly, even World need - Pandemic.
It looked like they wanted to delay Leronlimab or keep it from ever taking market share more than helping people.
Maybe even at times give the company ‘misdirection’ to dilute the company more toward bankruptcy.
At least, that’s what I gather from shorts on the boards and “hate” emails that they no longer wanted to give attention to or have communication with the respected Doctors at UCLA.
The emails showed that DrJ (and I paraphrase) believed that it was reasonable for a small company to PR findings to be able to attract investors to advance Leronlimab. I agree.
Looking back, im glad Naders actions lead to these emails. It got this information out and more emails are *set to come July 17th.
**Everything I stated should not be construed as fact, it is my perception, and/or opinion, and should not be represented as something the company believes, since I do not work for them or have any understanding with them. I am an investor that shares my thoughts and know others appreciate them.
*Also Delays happen.
