I don't believe you have a leg to stand on. Company warned you that it was insolvent, company told you that while projects were on the table if they couldn't raise the financing the chance of failure was high. Company claims it has a signed contract to everything it posted.
But the company could have lied and I could be a hundred percent wrong, maybe you do have a case. If you do have fun with it,
