Wow. The level of deceit is unreal. According to the AF article that was in the list of Exhibits that I read today, NP allegedly said SK sold shares as well but no nothing was reported to the SEC. Is this why SK is escaping prosecution?
SK didn’t pump as much as NP but I do remember him flaunting the number of pharma companies they were in talks with for multiple disease states- cancer among them.
