This went to Drs. Jeff S. Murray and Susan Strayhorn among others...then they go on to characterize Dr. Jay as "kind of a conman."...astonishing account of hubris...bias...audacity and temerity to describe such a man....our former CMO and now CEO. Who or What are these people?
KK's defense is wholly predicated on FDA's bad behavior...subpoena next steps...the above will be squirming on the leather witness chairs....answering for their sins.
