If can't defend this, then Amarex is toast. Out of all these investing eyes for Cytodyn, someone would have said --- wait, dosen't this time of events, & this & that on the FDA's end, look suspicious?

No way in hell all these people were fooled.
Then making Cytodyn have enough confidence to scrounge up payment in full, to Sidley.
Not to mention Sidley too having been fooled by not seeing this FDA angle NP/KK are trying for.
Too many eyes on Cytodyn side to not have detected a suspicious FDA timeline of events or a lack of.
Did Amarex push it to a another authority after what should have been a red flag to his "experience"?
Write to a Senator, Congressman/woman...etc, etc
Or even suggest it to Cytodyn?
Or just sit back, collect payment & lie under oath about his Cytodyn stock? While refusing to hand over our data?
