NO BALLS TO EXPLAIN NO FILING???? on the wizard's former SEC approved head games platform. This greedy cat is one of a kind.
Who trusts this leopard at this point? Takes control of subsidiary Medrecycler, approves a 4000:1 reverse split, can't sell 1 solar panel or lithium battery, can't generate a single sale through the company's online store, signs a deal to put Sun Pacific Power under the gun, with a promissory note, he knew would never be able to be paid back to his and his wife's side company (CaC realty), can't file an 10-K over 3 months after year end.
