NO BALLS TO EXPLAIN NO FILING???? on the wizard's former SEC approved head games platform. This greedy cat is one of a kind.
Who trusts this leopard at this point? Takes control of subsidiary Medrecycler, approves a 4000:1 reverse split, can't sell 1 solar panel or lithium battery, can't generate a single sale through the company's online store, signs a deal to put Sun Pacific Power under the gun, with a promissory note, he knew would never be able to be paid back to his and his wife's side company (CaC realty), can't file an 10-K over 3 months after year end.

Everyone now know that GEP Vietnam exclusive PROMO was just a bullsh*t PROMO? As if those panels weren't already produced and ready to be shipped to a 3rd party warehouse set up by GEP New Energy USA while SPP claimed those panels shipped (see tweet) were for some phantom solar panel customers.
Everyone now know that SPP had a network of 27 states ready for solar panels and installs and Texas and Florida sales reps were already in place PROMO
Everyone now know those transit bus and bench contracts were a complete failure due to non-performance from the start, but didn't stop that ridiculous twitter bus shelter design on sale PROMO? Let alone that Geopath partner to boost transit sales hoax.
and on and on, with so many more past PROMOS (Elba property purchase, don't mess with Texas, Australian feedstock locations and funding identified, Mexico solar farm shovel ready) in permitting stage a you can't keep count.
