Actually i should back-up --- has there been a motion thar includes the arbitrator & their basis is why current discovery & followed by the settlement talk intentions.
So has maybe the arbitrator cut off any fat & said this is what the case should only be about ?

If, if it was, then odds are in our favor on less clutter from Amarex i would say
