why would a ceo waste foreign partners' $ and time setting up a site visit and not have a line on the building to buy or lease? it's a 11 year old type decision.
it's all a muse drx. and you're the biggest sucker if you are at all serious with your answers and explanations. But I doubt your are serious about any of your defenses for the ceo and the company. you've been around a long time and know the game as well as anyone.
