Keep in mind, FDA handed over all their Cytodyn files to current Mgt.. Our attorneys sorted everything from the rooter to the tooter.
KK didn't just "admit" an incomplete BLA --- all the clear BLA communications from FDA, very detailed actually, combined with NP own e-mail, sinks him.
Of course adding he lied under oath about his Cytodyn stock activity.
Not only did NP not listen to Dr.'s J, Patterson & Otto, he also refused to authorize iV & a higher dosing regiment.
I wonder if his covid milestones were similar to the HIV BLA --- Cytodyn only had to submit a BLA, for him to be given bonus shares.
The FDA reasoning was fear of suppression.
At least they gave a reason, unlike the CEO.
This is as of now, taking "approval" & "hate" out of context, & a fishing expedition on their part.
There's even reason given to why the eIND was shut down out of the blue. To make Dr. Otto submit more data, etc.. Yes, on-top of eIND's were more work than they wanted to d9 for a company they thought was going the wrong path.
Irony is, like Dr. J said:
our covid path(s) is not LL's true value.
Now FDA's only concern for a Seal, is due to....e-mail addresses. That's a much lesser reasoning than expected for the request. Also a hint to most likely what KK/NP won't "discover".
What i've read so far, to me, is lacking intent or malice towards Cytodyn.
