Jan 16, 21 and 22 photos on twitter are related to the Wix Rd Dillon, SC building.
Why were you posting back then that it was Elba, AL while showing American Eagle (Piedmont Airlines) flight logs to Alabama? Why were you trying to deflect others’ due diligence leading to identifying the same photos on twitter as the Wix Rd building in Dillon, SC?
Then you knew you had to post your South Carolina prediction because you realized (were informed) the pictures were of the Dillon, SC after looking at the loopnet listing photos.
So, now you can tell us what happened in Elba, AL from April to June 2023. And why that property now has a lessee occupying 50k of the initial 200k of sq. ft. Please don’t blame the seller.
