You bring up some good points pete. This phase 1 trial is almost a phase 2 trial in a sense. A wolf in sheep's clothing. At the same time, I think I get where Jeff is coming from as well, with all the big time pie in the sky buyout speculation, it can all seem pretty far out there when we are talking about a stock thats trading under 2 bucks a share.
Still, even with that said, I am in agreement with you and don't shy away from lofty predictions or possibilities, but at the same time with a dose of reality that we still have ways to go here. We are hitting a critically important junction in the trial that IMO will be make or break. I have full confidence it will deliver, but it will still take some time and patience to get there. Hopefully we are on the verge of taking another big step forward with the P21 announcement, but we also have to stay aware of the possibility that at these low doses we may not be there yet.
Sometimes the hardest part of being a shareholder with such an exciting stock like this is the waiting game. But if you are confident in your DD on the science and trust the management, then its really a pretty straight forward investment.
So lets hope for the big buyout down the road, but lets start with some good news in the near term and a climb back above 2 bucks for starters, one step at a time, one dose at a time.
