Reading these emails (upwards from page 12 to 1) is extremely frustrating knowing how many lives were unnecessarily lost not having access to a medicine that showed clear signals of it’s efficacy- in a Pandemic I might add. Dr Jay’s sense of urgency and understanding of the peril that humanity was facing is palpable: It is also sickening.
I don’t think CYDY or SA should be going after these people or the FDA for that matter as some on other boards have called for - it can only make things worse.
I hope Dr Jay remains cordial, open and willing to incorporate feedback, and lets the Nader/Kareem trials play out separately from LL’s regulatory path to potential approval.
Our current path is a good one; hold lifted, Samsung agreement secured, Amerex end on the horizon, Inflammation study on the way. There is so much more going on behind the scenes. Godspeed to Mitch and Dr Jay.
