My understanding is Bret is in hiding. Refusing being served, all notices returned whether certified or regular mail. I imagine when all efforts have been exhausted a default judgement will take place. You can see the history on the Girard Muni Court site if interested. His second home, the one he worked on a few summers ago instead of taking care of co business is up for sale. Property taxes on both homes delinquent for several years. The former Nanologix building is still listed for rent. The guy has no honor, a complete disgrace. Opinion only.
