Anyone have an opinion of how the SEC case schedul

Anyone have an opinion of how the SEC case schedule and outcome will affect the final schedule of arbitration between Cytodyn and Amarex?

Seems to me the SEC case will need to be decided as it may have direct bearing on the arbitration.
