Interesting to watch the BID & ASK. You don't need Level 2, but it also illustrates the same thing. Here's a few examples...
BID: $0.1935*300=$58.05
ASK: $0.195*300=$58.5
Difference: $0.45
BID: $0.1929*300=$57.87
ASK: $0.1935*300=$58.05
Difference: $0.18
Most retail isn't worried about getting saving less then fifty cents on a $60 trade. Computer trading however, it all adds up.
