This is a nice surprise. Last Fall, when two things happened, I just about spilled my guts. That accounting firm quit, sighting ongoing concerns, and the language in the 10Qs involving risk factors before investing was supplemented with about 10 pages of cautions.
At that time, last Fall, I felt the Samsung debt, and possible legal battles could bankrupt us, and me. I’ve since relaxed some.
This may be a bridge too far, but Nader’s enthusiasm may have had a residual effect on Samsung. He bought a lot of drug. Pre-approval. So that’s a good thing in light of this agreement.
