Interesting & very definitive definition of revenue. I don't see settlements from any legal from either arbitration or suits which might yet be filed. Have not seen the full document as yet but I had assumed the so called $100M might be 50-60% to them. Remember too that SA has been paid. Very nice if retained for operations/drug trials.
