update on SPP promissory note due to Ceo/CaC realty?
maybe we'll get a glimpse, of the status of Sun Pacific Power's payment due to CaC realty (ceo's side company) within the next 15 days when the 2023 annual 10-k filing is due? Will Sun Pacific Power be a subsidiary of CaC realty/ceo soon? What if the 12 month promissory is not paid off now that it is due? NO SPP sales was a no brainer and easy path to letting SPP default on that April 2023 (12 month term) promissory note due this month. just think of how the shareholders lost the Medrecycler subsidiary (to the ceo) as of January 1, 2023.
hopefully, the April 16th (now expected to be late) filing will provide shareholders details on the amount of the promissory note from grantor (CaC realty/Ceo) to the grantee (Sun Pacific Power/also the Ceo), executed in April 2023 , along with the number of solar product sales trainees (i.e. any relatives of the ceo get paid during that infamous training?) LOL
so, we know they sold ZERO solar products sold and ZERO installs, from April through September 2023 , based on last filing being the 2023 Q3 10-Q. everyone should be so excited to see the sales production numbers, from these trainees, now having 12 months under their belt. especially, those "up to 5MW" of GEP vietnam solar panel sales (recall that tweet in June 2023) and those projected "up to 200 residential solar installs per month" (per March 2023 tweet) in those 27 states that were ready for SPP services (recall that tweet folks)? LOL
more excitement should come from commissions earner from that "solar product financing/lender" that was tweeted as a partner. recall that company and hype over that partnership after the tweet? recall that company that anyone could call and become a partner for commission based leads. LOL
then there's that "solar advocate" program that was highly promoted on twitter/X. LOL. that program should be on fire after seeing the tweet with GEP vietnam solar panels stocked up in the mystery warehouse supposedly somewhere in Cali or Nj/Ny.
with all of those foxess shipments (ZERO) LOL, over the past 22 months, following that June 2022 shipment of demo units, when the company tweeted their expertise with "logistics 101" from Asia. hopefully, that 101 logistics has paid off with some strong battery and inverter sales following all those shipments (ZERO) since June 2022. LMAO!!

hope you folks appreciate what beautiful grooming this company has performed on twitter (SEC approved platform) and self written and paid for press releases, while trying to act/dress like an actual solar conglomerate, and noticing the stock down 98% and the market cap still 3X-4X higher than it should be at 575K. LOL
