It is amazing how some try to use oranges to make apple pie..
First a little History
The seller of 2251 Old Curtis road was trying to sell the property for over 500 days before SNPW when into contract for the PURCHASE of the property.
An issue came up that caused the property contract between the two to expire.
The apple pie, SNPW wanted to PURCHASE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY
The oranges, the Seller has not been able to list the entire property for sale and has been limited to LEASING PARTS OF THE PROPERTY.
Logical conclusion PARTS OF THE PROPERTY ARE UNUSABLE.
SELLING an ENTIRE PROPERTY is not the same as LEASING PARTS of the PROPERTY
