LV is correct in that Doc has been able to do all his manuvering privately, without having to report all along the way.
Taking a positive spin, he could be putting some big pieces together (hence his posts about the future is "now", etc). Things could be growing at a steady pace all behind closed private doors.
We have to try and stick it out for the day he brings this together publicly under UNVC.
I am trying to take full advantage of the low PPS trends.
