This is a serious question cause I don't know what is even happening anymore. I need to understand what the ultimate goal is here. What DD has shown that univec will change If doc only wants to merge companies, he already has all the companies he needs to accomplish what he wants to do, theoretically. So what is merging/"launching" going to do? Also this could help other investors knowing what they're buying.
