My 2 cents and PURE SPECULATION...
After reading the link I posted about that law firm....Ill repost it for those who did not see. We are OTC Pink which means we have to file the bare bare minimum to stay up to date and current. It seems to me these filings are going to continually be blank until he raises money or merges his private companies into UNIVEC.
Because UNIVEC is the shell and because he is not specifically doing anything with UNIVEC right now, he can continue to put deals together and merge companies as long as its private and its not associated with UNIVEC. As far as we know and again it's not a guarantee I AM PURELY speculating, he could be doing this all behind the scenes and whenever he decides to bring it all together it will be fairly easy and simple because he has UNIVEC ready and up to date.
We are also not registered with SEC and don't have to be as long as we are OTC Pink current. So this is taking longer then ANY OF US want and it may take longer but only one who has control over any of this is Doc and Doc only. So we stay hopeful, we wait and we see.
