those initial pictures in the first site visit with photos tweet look to be of another facility.
But, the site visit photos of Elba look like it was cool/cold out (i.e. January 2024 weather) versus warm weather like July 2023 (trip down south month)?
There was another "column measurements" tweet in early 2022. lol shortly after the invictus miracle wrap grade which followed the LOI for all 200K sq. ft at 2251 Old Curtis Rd. lol
tape measure photo doesn't look like Elba. You need to know what to look for to know the difference between Elba, AL and Dillon, SC. hint: check out the lower blue skirt color on the walls.
You still have more work to do on this topic. you're getting warm, but your info is not adding up to make a case for no site visit in January 2024. Maybe the wizard didn't have to go along for the site visit just like the medrecycler hearing and just did face time as they dream team did their assessment and measurements? But, that snoopy tweet seemed to imply he was in the flying doghouse for the smooth flight and nice weather? lmao!
