An excellent day for $SFLM.
2023 Annual Report filed early.
- New Business Plan remains unchanged.
https://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=6680349
- $50K coming by November 2024.
- No new convertible debt notes.
First trader to spot it bought 10M of the remaining amount walked down by OTCN from .0003 - he had 49.9M there on March 19.
Other traders then quickly bought the remaining 38M+ in 7 individual seconds - including buys of 10M, 9.9M, 2x 5M, 3.9M and 2.5M.
On uptick, initially 68M was there - confirming that the 49.9M walked down and sold at .0002 had been the same shares that had previously been stacked at .0003 when the total was 128M+ on March 19.
Almost immediately 18M was cancelled to leave 50M at .0003 - down 78M from the March 19 figure and 126M than the worst case would have been if everything bought at .0002 had been put on the ask at .0003 - obviously most of the .0002s are going to be kept for trading much higher later.
A bid of 13M at .0002 - above the unused 399M at .0001 - was rapidly established.
Thereafter an additional 25M was added briefly - to make 38M total - and was then either removed or put up as an All or Nothing (AON) which makes it hidden.
The .0003s were started with a 525K buy and the bid was increased to 17.7M.
When the .0003s ask was not hit aggressively enough within a few minutes, 7M was added back on to make 57M.
49M traded - almost all buys on the ask at .0002.
OTCN remained at .0026 at the close.
Closed 399M .0001 + 17.7M .0002 x 57.4M .0003
Bid funds probably sufficient to take out .0005 > .0010 if applied rapidly to successive asks.
There has been no change to the share structure in the last 44 days up to the last update on March 25.

A very apposite motto for those who trade successfully in the OTC market..
All posts are my opinion - trade at your own risk.
