I wouldn't read too far into what he has on his linkedin page. It's essentially a resume, and anyone building a resume is going to bolster their day to day activities with corporate speak and claims of being the reason for anything worth noting. It helps in future job searches and everyone does it.

And I'm not saying he didn't do any of what he said, just that it's probable that he's leveraging the positives during his time with Cytodyn in the strongest way possible.

He wouldn't tip off a partnership in his linkedin page and he wouldn't tip off incoming funds either. He's looking backward at what has transpired and giving it the flourish of a MLB catcher who catches a ball dropping into the dirt but whips it back up into the strike zone, holding it steady there to see if he can convince the umpire it wasn't a ball.

Or a gymnast who lands with an extra hop and a flailing leg, but finally catches their balance and pops up into a triumphant pose intended to make it seem like they stuck it.

Basically what I'm saying is that with the right wording and embellishment you could even make a middling lawyer look like Johnny Cochrane when he's far more like Jackie Chiles.
