since fentanyl replaced heroin as the illicit drug of choice , there was no reason for our military to stay in afganistan protecting the poppy fields from Taliban eradicators, thus the C.IA determined no need to be there anymore. Trump should have moved to get us out earlier but probably hindered by deep state actors.
