No, not really, since the company released that information to the public via an 8K.
It wasn't necessary to release it on twitter.since the message boards notify you of SEC releases and last I check retail brokerages provide you with SEC filings whether you have the stock in your portfolio or on your watch list.
Wait I get it now, why your upset it wasn't on twitter,, you never owned stock in the company and your broker didn't provide you that accessible to all information.
