this report that order is reversed for much of the risk reporting-ZNOG apparently wants to make doubly sure everybody understands the risks

The cessation of funding from these participants may result in adverse consequences to our business, such as a delay in our testing efforts, until we locate alternate sources for this funding."
they previously reported seeking debt etc financing to ease burden/ pressure of high 'treasury' stock issuance p17 i believe they indicate still searching for such-- i've never seen white knights -at best gray knights who demand control and unconscionable % of compensation -which is why its so hard to make such a deal
