What are thoughts on the 3,750,000 shares sold for $900,000? I saw that this is part of the S1-a, it makes the OS around 28,900,074. I feel like they did this now rather than waiting in hopes that this gets above a dollar, if they waited until above a dollar they’d sell less shares but price could go down because of the offering which would screw the 10 consecutive days.
$900,000 should be what we need for now, once we gain compliance they could do another raise if needed.
