Yes, almost all nasdaq under $1 are manipulated by algorithms these days. They control the price movement and move it up or down depending on what is best for them unless they lose control. They lost control Friday and are trying to gain it back today. They always try to push the price back to before, but it really depends on if they can scare people into selling or if they have to buy back the heavy short they did on the big run up Friday. The free commission/ payment for order flow model that RobinHood started has made these AI algorithms so much worse than before. Their job now is to screw over the person whose order they receive, push the price in the opposite direction so they profit on your loss.
