The old website that the Anne Arundel County Mental Health Agency in MD promoted was a Domian name only (Web https://www.wellnessrxhealth.com/) with this phone number and address.

I called this number( 410-424-5040) and spoke with a lady, Monique real nice and helpful, she said Dalton nor Univec was NEVER connected in any way with Wellness RX, she had never even heard of them.
This website ( https://wellness-rx.org/ ) which is only a Medkit Health & Medical Template Kit by Jegtheme designed by smedia, and phone number 410 227 9426, which I called also, as soon as I asked if Lamont Elis was president and if Dalton or Univec were associated with them she hung up fast. They have no reviews from conducting business whatsoever. Thus no business is taking place.
Wellness RX has never filed any business taxes, no property taxes for office equipment etc.
It was originally Wellness RC Corporation which was a typo error.
