I began the cuttin’ & pastin’ orgy w/ the announcing (Nov 2022) the removal of a potential financing problems by eliminating the possibility of share inflation via convertible debt. I think this is one of those moves that did not get enough attention at the time. CEO was thinking long term as he has always done. He said many years ago ‘we only get one shot at this … ‘; spot on in my opinion. In the early days, CEO Thompson put in lots of hours giving birth to Kraig Biocraft. I actually called the company back then and Kim Thompson actually answered the phone!! I expected some administrator to answer. I told him I was an investor and was really interested in the whole concept. The conversation lasted no more than a couple of minutes but he did say, and I remember it like it was yesterday, “ … the science is solid.”. I have never wavered in my support since then. That was a good ten years ago.
See the pattern? Beginning w/ the 26 Jan 23 pr, the gap was several weeks, about a month between them. At the start of 2024 the gap has narrowed to a week, more or less. You cannot deny the difference. It’s significant. Will this continue? My answer is yes, it will. RE-reading pr’s is a worthwhile exercise, esp’ly the Christmas letter for 2023. It alludes to the pr’s that follow in 2024.
On the ‘other’ board several posters are spewing malice at a ferocious rate. I mean snarling, frothing-at-the-mouth kind of stuff. For example, Bolt Threads as a viable competitor has re-appeared, god help us … insanely preposterous. It’s laughably obvious what a money scam they are. Three hundred ($300) million dollars in private funding has disappeared and now they want to go public. That was four (4) months (!!!) ago. Hey, bonehead basher bots, we got rid of toxic financing in Nov 2022. Un-flippin’-believable.
We are currently at $0.10 per share and have risen 3 fold since the beginning of 2024. No complaints here. No sir, not one. We will go higher in all probability. We all know what will propel the share price way beyond the all-time-high, whatever it is. An announcement of a substantial contract and/or metric tonne production. India is also in play. The move to NASDAQ will happen only after one or the other, or both as the share price will appreciate significantly in a short period of time.
With the pr’s in 2024, I believe we have become THE major player in Vietnam’s silk production and that is worth a whole bunch of money. India is also a major player in the silk market. I see this stock in terms of dollars, not cents. After the move to NASDAQ, we will see explosive growth in the share price. Big investment houses are barred from investing in OTC stocks so the big money cannot invest. When they do … kaboom. All the money managers know about KBLB and will make a move when they are able.
Seven straight weeks of uninterrupted press releases. Could it possibly be any more obvious? I mean, " FINALIZING AGREEMENTS ... "!!! Until I see another CEO cradling a 25 kg. hank of product coming from their operations my money stays firmly within the confines of Kraig Biocraft. YMIGH
