It did seem a bit weird with the company playing those new partner cards without a property lease/purchase and loan secured. Especially, coordinating the infamous unnamed "site visit", so close to the China hotel and companies' lobbies photo-ops trip (paid for by who).
It would be like getting a quote for equipment/delivery/assembly and then saying you're partnering with the same company that quoted you for the equipment/delivery/assembly.
Good news is that it doesn't appear 4-5 million was spent on equipment/delivery/assembly like Medrecycler (now owned by the ceo) with no final approvals from Alabama DEM.
Then, that "coming soon" sign on the hyped up 1-page website PROMO for $9.99 per year is already 15 months old now. Elba Power Corp? Remember that entity? lmao!!

Based on the company's previous hundreds of tweets and dozens of press releases, along with leadership's very sketchy background and track record, nothing this company publishes can be trusted. NOTHING!
On a final note, Drx has his hands full these days with big game james. He's been on the ropes and not looking too steady on his feet going into the late rounds as we're only 1 month away from the 2023 10-K (Q4 2023 including numbers) and only 2 months away from Q1 2024 filing (only 19 days remaining in Q1 2024).
Expecting the wizard behind the curtain, resting after that exhausting "China trip & site visit" parlay PROMO, to come to life, by getting out in front of the upcoming filings with some more financing bullshit (going on for a few years now) relating to some fantasy island solar plant.
