Very simple I like to keep the facts straight, not
Very simple I like to keep the facts straight, not supporting the CEO.
Yes Campanella was a part of the mask scandal.
Was he named in the court documents? No!
Was he recommended by the Agent to be charged with a crime? No.
Was he ever charged with any crime related to the mask scandal? No
Did he screw over long shareholders with a 4000 to 1 RS? Absolutely
Did the West Warwick Town Council and West Warwick Planning board hold a public hearing for the Medrecycler project before approving the permits for the Medrecycler to be at the location that was selected? Yes
According to the West Warwick Town Council representatives(source Town of West Warwick meeting on You Tube) for the Town of East Greenwich were present at that meeting when the permit was granted for the facility to be located at that location.
Did RI-DEM sent a letter to Campanella that they intended to approve the project in the very location that was chosen? YES
Was there a last minute law enacted that was aimed specially at Medrecycler project in order to stop it? Yes
Was there a world wide economic shut down due to the COVID 19 pandemic? YES
Did that shutdown force nonessential individuals to stay home and not use public transportation for almost 2 years? Yes
Was SNPW StreetSmart Outdoors subsidiary business plan based on marketing to those that use public transportation systems? Yes
Did the RI-transit and Star Metro enter into long term contracts with SNPW believing they were going to make money?Yes
At any time did RI-transit or Star Metro release statements that they had a disagreement with SNPW projections from those contracts? NO
Was the company making money on the RI-Transit and Star Metro contracts? No (made revenue at a lost)
Is it better for shareholders to have a company stick with a business plan where the company is generating revenue but losing money creating that revenue or pursue a different business plan?
Currently is the company showing any revenue? NO
Was there dilution from the time the company went public to today? yes
Has the company accumulated debt? yes
The question should be why are you afraid to call a spade a spade?
You write "except for those PROMO partners as one conveniently tries to imply"
No body implies any thing. You are afraid to mention the spade, that sources of those partnerships comes directly from the partners themselves, not from SNPW.
Does FoxEss list SPP as a global partner today even though SPP has not produced any revenue to date for FoxEss? Yes
Is FoxEss a subsidiary of the Fortune 500 company Tsingshan Group? Yes
Does Sun Group list SPP as the only distributor for GEP New Energy USA on its corporate directory today? Yes
You write " outstanding job when the stock ran up during the penny stock (fueld by free covid money) overdose in January 2021. '
But you are afraid l to mention the spade that run started because after working with the RI-DEM for over TWO YEARS the CEO obtain a letter from the RI-DEM from them that they intended to approve the project.
Now I could have listed a lot more, but I didn't want to bring up information that came from a tweet
Calling a spade a spade
What do you want me to hold him accountable for other then the RS, dilution, past failed projects and lack of revenue (all common public knowledge)
- making money for me ?
- getting an "intent to approve" only to have a law that never existed before take it away?
- recognizing money losing projects and moving on from them?
- establishing partnerships that while shareholders have jumped ship they remain on board?
- holding a site visit with equipment suppliers?
Or should I hold it against him the amount of personal money he has put into the company?
