THERE ARE NONE!
You do understand but apparently you don't that it is the court system that determines if a criminal activity was committed by an individual not the New York Times.
Was he involved in the process, yep, no argument there.
Was his involvement in the process found criminal, NO!

For a case supposedly opened way before the shareholders were hit with a 4000 to 1 RS, we are hearing crickets out of Boston for an open and shut case.
I wonder WHY?
Could it be that they determined that Campanella while crapping on his shareholders did nothing illegal just like in the mask scandal.
