Once we get to the stage you described, I think we will be long past $50 / share.  I don't think LE would even take $35 a share today if the K trials are going good as we all expect (no safety issues to date and some indication of p21 biomarkers or slight tumor changes.  I think even if the patients from Nov are still doing well at this point that is an extremely positive sign, assuming they are feeling a bit healthier  and tumors not advancing.

I still say the risk is from now to $10.  After $10 I don't see much risk as both K and P trials would have had to have gone well.
