I share your cynicism on the FDA...Butt, Dr "Jay" is our standard bearer...and doesn't strike me as one who will put up with any Bull$#!T from any entity...so far his calls have been on time ...and right as rain...
I believe they are partnering with us on this one...it's clear they can see some benefit...especially coming from someone who is Not raising "three fingers."...and has his background.
