armyseal a merger of any type qualifies and requires a YES answer. If UNVC was to merge with a private company then UNVC will be used as the shell for the combined companies and the new public entity with the added assets and revenue could then apply for an up listing.
The private company cannot on it's own do anything about NASDQ until it first becomes a public company.
