Dalton told investors that billion-dollar entities would be merged with UNVC, his private companies!!!

Why did Dalton file Bankruptcy, to get the foreclosure on his house mortgage set aside. He ended up getting a $60,000.00 loan from a convicted felon which UNVC already owed 100's thousand to and UNVC stood good for this 60K issuing more shares to him for payment. This is in the UNVC filings, just not stated what it was used for. At the time of this loan was when Dalton stopped cooperating with the attorneys.
In March of 2010 Dalton filed bankruptcy. HRI INC was in it also, it never materialized because Dalton wouldn't cooperate with the attorneys he hired to file bankruptcy for him.

He worked at CVS Caremark at this time as a pharmacist, He listed his grandson aged 10 and daughter aged 34 as his dependents, wife as unemployed.
In the court filings HRI INC was formed in 1983, ENDED in 2007, Open Corporates forfeited it in 2008. Never was revived, Dalton re-registered it in Pa, as a branch of HRI in MD.. Which with the help from the Pa. Dept. of Licensing, Revenue, the company HRI, PPSI are just in name only, PSI is fortified.
He also had to list the ITIN NO. or the EIN no. for HRI Inc, he listed the last 4 of his SS No.

Here is the good part!!! HRI dissolved in 2007 was fortified in Md. in 2008, but yet reported $105.8 million on revenue for 2008, up 6.9% from 2007. How is this possible. HRI INC is nothing more than a company fabricated by Dalton used to promote him.
