Stunning (???), not really. For JP Morgan, Vanguard, & State Street (JP, V, SS) money-making is their game. The problem is ‘they’ don’t like it so much when others try to restrict, in any way shape or form, their ability to make money. ESG started to become inconvenient. So, ‘they’ told them, the UN ESG crowd, to go ‘pound sand’, so to speak. In other words, ‘they’ do what ‘they’ want, when ‘they’ want to do it.
What does multi-billionaires thumbing their nose at the UN ESG folks have to do w/ PEMF Actipatch and BIEL? Actipatch is the electronic version of aspirin, w/o all the negative side effects. Should Actipatch achieve the level of acceptance and availability of aspirin then BIEL is a multi-billion $dollar (in the very least) enterprise in the making. Potential corporate suitors and current adopters of Actipatch know this, w/o a doubt. Therein, lies the conflict. The long-term and loyal practitioners of the Allopathic model (drugs & surgery primarily) are offering (and want to offer) a blockbuster of a product which has not been widely accepted by the current medical Powers-That-Be.
We cannot afford to be ruled over by the permanent residents of Fantasy Island. And they will say the very same thing about you. The difference is you are actually thinking about your own actual survival and they are desperately trying to maintain the status quo (Allopathic medicine); the very thing which got us into this mess (opioids, for example) to begin with! Who would you believe?
(Money vs Ideology) & (Naturopathic vs Allopathic).
We are living in a dangerous and unpredictable world and anything is possible. I think Money wins the first conflict and the second is in the early stages of David v Goliath, as it stands today. We have seen flashes of Actipatch making inroads but there is massive upside potential in terms of money-making all by itself. Even though the tide is turning, the tide is still high as it only very recently has begun to change. Entrenched attitudes are hard to change. Logic rarely wins the day even though there are, to date, no reported adverse side effects in more than 20 yrs. Hence, the studies, presentations, talks, social media, testimonials, etc.
So, there you have it. Will TPTB allow us to grow, expand, and blossom? In my mind, that is the central question. I am not defending JP, V, SS, only recognizing who ‘they’ are. We must deal w/ the reality of the situation. In regards to access, we need cooperation and understanding. I don’t know if it is in the cards but I certainly hope so. It’s hard to see beyond the politics and convince your ‘controller’ to let you do the right thing for your patients. Lot of moving parts in our journey w/ few, if any, guarantees. Fingers crossed.
