Deal was announced today. If you remember, NTWRK is that Sneaker / Collectable live selling site. Different audience than Market.Live, but kind of the same as WhatNot.

So now they are combining forces with a with content and music company. Kind of what VERB has talked about of infotainment.

So this puts an interesting twist for the possibilities with Market.Live. While VERB didn't say it in the latest offering, there is a possibility they use some of the money to buy someone (or not). But I'd rather see a company like Shopify acquire VERB down the road. Good fit since add the companies they are adding use Shopify
